I heart faces - Innocent Wonder

I am loving the I heart faces photo challenges! I just love this picture! I always stick my tongue in my cheek when I am really concentrating on something and I guess my son picked it up from me! I love that with photography we can capture an instant...one split second that we might have missed otherwise.

Here is another little preview... one of these days I will actually get these weddings posted up here! It'll happen. Well, these two were a joy to work with. Very fun and definitely had good chemistry. The bride's cousin, Kelly, of Bubba-Loo Photography came along and brought the adorable "Love" banner. I may have to conjure up one of those...thanks for coming Kelly!

Sorry...

For those of you who might possibly have my blog on Google Reader sorry for the bazillion posts of the same post! I was having some issues with the size of my photos that I was trying to put on the blog and I ended up posting and deleting...and reposing....and reposting....so ALL of them showed up. I never did get the pictures to the right size...I'll try again another time and hopefully I can figure it out in less than 8 tries!

I taught this girl in church when she was 16...and now she is off to college! Crazy how time flies. We went our for just a fun shoot and I brought along one of my photographer friends, Stephanie French. We had a good time just playing around and trying different things...I love a low key, no stress session!

I feel as though all of what you said are things I've been wanting to do myself! Organize my time better, go to the temple more, stop putting things off, be more creative, do more hands on activities with the kiddos, meal planning, and just being better mentally, physically, and spiritually. Yes. all of those are things I need to do too! Thank you for all of your responses!

Well.....This morning I had picked a number and actually posted it and I'm not sure if anyone saw, but it ended up being my mom :) so after talking with her we decided to redraw! I mean, she's family...of course I wouldn't charge my mom for pictures. Soooooooooooo....maybe none of you saw that and I didn't need to explain myself and if so...just disregard everything i just said (or wrote, actually.)

Best of 2010 - I Heart Faces

I wanted to enter a face for the I Heart Faces photo contest for the best face of 2010. As I was browsing through other entries I noticed a lot of photographers entered their own kids' photos. I think as parents we are all a little bias... I am, definitely :) For some reason I love this picture. She isn't smiling or anything but I just love her face! Maybe I just love it because she's mine. Probably :)
