Lovely Wedding Day

Oh what a beautiful day! The weather was overcast, which is nice because then I don't have to stress about lighting in the middle of the day...maybe someone who is really good doesn't stress about those things, but this girl (me...) does. Here are just a few from our shoot with this fun, cute, awesome couple!!

Dressin' up

I took photos of these two when they turned two...and now they are turning THREE! Oh the kiddos grow up too stinkin' fast!!

Little girls playing dress-up in the mirror seems to be a popular choice among moms these days...that is probably a sign that I need to prepare myself for this little girl growing inside me! I am so used to boys stuff...dinosaurs, cars, swords, wrestling, mud...real MANLY stuff, you know? Next thing I know it will be me taking pictures of my daughter doing her favorite thing...playing with frilly stuff and make-up! It'll be a change, but it'll be FUN!

And, by the way, I am due the first week of June, so I will be taking a break for most of May to finish up (and hopefully relax for a few minutes...) and also June...and I'm not sure about July yet. I'll figure that out and let you know!

Pretty Wedding!

So, I'm not actually even done editing this wedding...but I thought I'd post some photos anyway! If there are any more lovely ones (which is quite possible) I'll post them, but for now I am enjoying these!

My favorite parts of this shoot were the gorgeous lighting on the golf course...and the bride's mom knocking on the door of a huge mansion and asking if we could take pictures in their yard! Luckily the lady was super nice and we even were led through the house (which I think may have actually been a castle...seriously) into the backyard to take photos there too. Fun.

Married...almost.

We had fun today...especially Teddy...haha. Tomorrow is the big day. Can't wait. There will be more soon.

Precious

This made me pretty excited about having a girl! She was just tiny and precious...and had lots of girlie accessories to play around with. I'm thinking I can get used to having a little girl :)

A little Sneak Peak

Here are just a few from Jared and Stephanie. They were just awesome to work with! It turned out to be a beautiful day in the bay area in January...prayers answered!

I am realizing that I like to post a lot of photos where they couples aren't looking at the camera...I really do some formal shots too, really, I do! I just like the less formal ones better :)
